Ingredients
4 serving fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
4 serving fat-free sugar free instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix
3 cup fat-free skim milk
14 oz canned pumpkin
1 cup Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Beat pudding, milk, pumpkin and spice with a whisk. Fold in Cool Whip.
Refridgerate for an hour minimum.
