Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Melt butter and chocolate in a large saucepan. Melt butter and chocolate in a large
saucepan over low heat. Add the fluff, cocoa aand vanilla. stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add the cereal, stirring
until well coated.
