Impossibe Vegetable Pie

10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
1/3 cup onion(s)
1/3 cup green pepper(s)
4 oz Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
Mild
1/2 cup Bisquick Reduced-Fat Baking Mix
1 cup fat-free skim milk
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
Preheat over to 400. Spray 9-inch pie plate with non stick spray.
Stir together thawed borccoli, chopped onion,
chopped green pepper, and cheese and pour into pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over vegetables in
pie plate.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
